Reaktor 6/Reaktor Factory Library Installation Failed

Brand new to Native Instruments but installed Komplete 14 Ultimate onto an Imac (Monterey) - everything has installed except Reaktor 6/Reaktor Factory Library - tried to repair but no luck, so perhaps unintstall these but not sure how to do this or locate the files. The Library is on a Crucial X8 2TB external SSD, so simply no idea what to do to or where to locate any linked files which need deleting etc - so any guidance would be very much appreciated - thanks in advance 😀

    Issue appears to be solved...NI Support Team sent links to download both Reaktor files -thanks.

    The Reaktor Factory Library is a content location pack.

    As you can't start an ensemble without Reaktor it's no Application.
