Hey all, I edited the title of this thread. I see a lot of different issues being brought up here and it's hard to find the correct answer. So let's keep this thread for general feedback. For any specific issue that you may encounter or any help you need regarding your new keyboard, I would suggest to look for similar symptoms in an existing thread or create your own.
For example, there's a dedicated thread already for the firmware update of the S88 MK3: S88 MK3 Windows Users - Read this before you try the initial FW Update!!!

Thanks Jeremy. Official request to adjust the capacitive sensitivity of the 8 encoder knobs. I find that I often trigger the touch function while turning the knob. It would be great to be able to dial this down a bit.
I've been enjoying my S61 so far though, USB-C Mac issues aside. The display is awesome, and so much better than the tiny OLED displays you find on a lot of other instruments.

Is it normal for The Mk3 to only show the light on the transport that is currently active in Luna DAW? So idle only shows STOP. If you press play or record those will light but then when stopped go back out. Seems very odd compared to the normal operation of other DAW's Transport lights.

@xgman1 We didn't test the keyboard with Luna yet, AFAIK but one thing is certain is that there is no DAW integration with Luna, only these DAWs:
If you need assistance on the matter, I'd recommend to create a dedicated thread. I'll check with Luna when I get the time, now that this DAW is free for everyone, I suspect more and more will use it.

Hi Jeremy,
I tried my keyboard with FL studio, so far there is no mixer integration and I can only switch between instruments/tracks when using komplete kontrol and clicking on the keyboard icon in the top right of the kk-software. However I tried my keyboard inside a project with kontakt 7 instances and it did not work.
Do I assume correct, since it is announced everywhere to support FL studio, that those features (mixer, connection to kontakt and switching tracks), will come in the near future?

@Jeremy_NI @PoorFellow Hello. I am very disappointed with how everything has transpired since purchasing this product. I haven't had any further feed back about returning this product in about a week. Ive reported this power issue immediately and tried everything recommended. the device is dead on arrival and is not working. Im simply trying to get it repaired or replace since it is brand new. However, I seem to be getting the runaround and haven't gotten a response in any of my messages under the ticket. I was told my ticket was updated and sent on to the team to have it returned but haven't heard anything since. Can someone PLEASE assist me in getting this matter resolved.

It is indeed very unfortunate that no-one has responded to you and that at the same time no-one from support did spot your thread. I am sorry if I appear as having let you down but I do not work here , I am just another user.

@JackMusic TCI My colleagues got back to you and it seems you received the shipping label for return and replacement of the unit is planned. Sorry for the wait on this one.

Yes I did receive the label but not getting any responses when I send messages for updates, I'm not even sure what to expect next. the keyboard was shipped and received in good condition at the warehouse that sent me a message confirming. I just would like to know what to expect next as no one is responding under my ticket to any of my messages. id like to know when ill be receiving a replacement device and how long this will take since I'm traveling . Can you please help me out again with this.

I'm addressing your IT team with a technical question. As a developer, I'm curious to know if you use version management for your code. This would potentially enable you to identify the precise moment when an update starts to cause a problem. By pinpointing the changes made before the bug appeared, it would be possible to locate and isolate the problem so as to resolve it effectively.
I'm a bit puzzled when you mention doing everything you can to solve problems. I wonder about the methods you use to do this. I've already submitted two tickets via hardware support without receiving a reply. This leaves me with an impression of inattention and a lack of seriousness in customer care. I would greatly appreciate your feedback on these points.
