How to Return / Replace S61 Kontrol
I just got my S61 keyboard and it is not powering / booting up at all. I tried all the power portals and correct power supplies including USBC ports and wall chargers. I put in a ticket two days ago and yet to receive a response. This device is brand new, purchased and received less than two weeks ago. How do I return or get in contact with the company to be refunded or replace this product.
It was purchased directly from native instruments.

Customer service is extra busy due to the sale. Someone from N.I. support will answer your request and maybe also let you know in the forum that they have seen this. (it happens from time to time that a ticket get buried but you even under 'normal' circumstances it could take up to a week to get an answer, especially if contacting support just before a weekend)
