I just got my S61 keyboard and it is not powering / booting up at all. I tried all the power portals and correct power supplies including USBC ports and wall chargers. I put in a ticket two days ago and yet to receive a response. This device is brand new, purchased and received less than two weeks ago. How do I return or get in contact with the company to be refunded or replace this product.
It was purchased directly from native instruments.
