The Deck playback does not stop when pushing down the top plate of the jog wheel.

I just bought Traktor s3 2 days ago. Today I realise I can't do scratching in it because the playback doesn't stop when touching the jog wheel, it will stop and play randomly, its hould have stopped the playback. Do I have a defected piece of equipment or I have to change some settings.

    I got the solution now. I should plug the adapter first then only insert midi cable. If I insert midi cable first, the problem is still there

    Welcome to the forum.

    I don't have an S3 so I'm shooting in the dark here but is there a setting in Preferences to assign Scratch control rather than Pitch Bend to the Jog Wheels like there is on the S2MK3 ?
