returning MK3

Tried to connect hardware15 times changed parameters still no connection no supportkeyboard not compatible with older software cannot install hardware connection service defaul in the workmanship look closely you can see where they fused the side into the keyboard I also have M1 any suggestions before returning

Kontrol S Mk3 keyboards are not supposed to be released yet.
You might even have a demo unit, not designed to be sold.
I would contact NI Support and ask whether you should have this keyboard yet.
None of the drivers have yet been released.
