Unable to Setup New Komplete Kontrol MK3
I received the MK3 Komplete Kontrol S61 today and I am unable to use it since there are no available drivers or updates.
How am I to proceed to use my new controller? When will I actually be able to use it?

You appear to have received/been sold the MK3 ahead of release date by mistake or by dealer negligence, so you should not expect the internet site or software downloads to be available ahead of time. If what you experience will continue after release date then report back then or contact support !

I would suggest contacting (calling) NI support. You may have simply received your unit too early (a small number were shipped by dealers before they were supposed to).

Is that to be understood as if all users that have already received MK3 keyboards are to have replaced their keyboards ? If so then I think that it is possible that there are maybe one or more other forum threads on the subject (I would have to browse a lot though to look it up !)

It depends on when, and from where they received them. I've been talking to quite a number of users affected.

Is the unit I got different in any way from the new ones shipping soon? If not can I please just get some beta software so I can actually use the thing? I'm happy to run whatever the YouTube reviewers are running.

Based on the response I got, there is definitely reasonable concern these units shipping early may need to be replaced. When I contacted Dealer Support as they suggested, they claimed they can't do anything to help me because the serial number had not been used before. Now I am getting no responses from anyone and I am about 6 hours away from just returning the thing.
