Hi,

I am having an issue where if i go to alter the pitch on a sound in a custom kit that i made, it alters the pitch to all the sounds in the kit. This only happens with kits that I have made, so I am wondering if there is some setting that I am just not getting right when making my kits. Any help would be appreciated.

Where do you do the pitch shifting? There are many places in Maschine where it’s possible to do it

the pitch/envelope section of the sampler for the sound/pad

Are you sure you don’t have all the pads selected? In this case, the changes made in one pad will be reflected on all other selected

Yes, I have quadruple checked to make sure that I have only one pad selected. This is only an issue with the kits that I have created, not the factory kits

How did you create them? One sample per pad (therefore playing them in pad mode) or you sliced a sample and saved the slices on a single pad (and play them in keyboard mode)?

    one sample per pad

Are the samples truncated or a selection of a common longer sample?
