Can't Install Reaktor

Installation failed: Review your location preferences

Latest Version of NA 3.6.2 (2d2c1f6 / 1.14.0.0) and MacOS Sonoma, Mac Studio M2

How to fix that?

    The only thing I see in your screenshots is that the Content location seems to be an external SSD.

    Is it plugged when you install? Is it recognized by the computer? Did you change its name?

    @Sitchko First of all, please note that our products are not officially supported on MacOS Sonoma: macOS 14 Sonoma Compatibility Statement

    I'm not sure if your issue is related though. Make sure to give full disk access to Native Access and the NTKDaemon, as explained here: Native Access Error Message: "Installation Failed" (Mac)

    If that doesn't help, try uninstalling Reaktor, as explained here: How to Uninstall Native Instruments Software from a Mac Computer

    Then install it from Native Access.

    @Jeremy_NI

    If that doesn't help, try uninstalling Reaktor,

    I just replaced my computer from intel to M2 without transferring the data, so this is the first install on empty system.

    Make sure to give full disk access to Native Access and the NTKDaemon

    All is fine with it

    Yep

    Did you change its name?

    Nope

    @Sitchko That could be related to Sonoma, which is not supported yet. I'm checking if we can provide you with external installers.
