I've just had them send me another unit that is new and same prob with that what the hell is going on

I did and they sent me another unit and having same error I've tried entering serial number 5 times and same error is someone at the factory nicking the serial number as I'm now fairly disappointed and this is to much stress

Don't worry , NI support can most likely figure out the problem !

Also , if it is a problem with something bought at Gear4Music then maybe give N.I. a chance to llok into it, like Jeremy_NI wrote then contact N.I. registration support so they can work it out: https://bit.ly/NIsupport_RA
