The Maschine VST3 does not work in Studio One 6.5

I am on Windows 10 22H2. Yes, it was working in the previous version.

Bro you literally replied that NI knows about this but now you're asking me to check with Presonus to see if it's on them when I've already gotten a responds from them that explains You're plugin is the issue. NI has to make sure their products are compatible with all major DAWs not the other way around.

Yes I'm on PC and Maschine just doesn't work I don't know what more needs said. My OS is Windows 10, when I load maschine in Studio One none of the functions in Maschine work like dropdown menus to save or change size.

The sampler issue is a different bug. It only happens in sampler mode and affects any DAW. It will be fixed by the next version of Komplete Kontrol. I also changed the title of your post as it was confusing.
The issue you describe now is different, does not involve the sampler module and happens only with one specific version of Studio One. Thanks for the clarification, this is the info needed:

What graphic card are you using on your PC?

I can confirm that Maschine (plugin) works fine in Studio One 6.2.1 (I have not yet moved to 6.5.0)
Windows 10 22H2 - NO video card (using internal CPU Graphics).

EVGA RTX 2080 Super. Just to reiterate, Maschine worked in the previous version of Studio One and is currently working within Ableton Live as VST so contrary to others' opinion I think Presonus caused the issue with the update. I am finally able to get to their customer portal so I will file a ticket there.

Can anyone actually confirm which drop down menus we are talking about here? Screencap would help.

Things like this maybe? Now this in Studio One 6.5, but on Mac, so unless we are talking about some other menus it does appear to be a Windows thing, and maybe only on certain systems? (graphics related maybe, or dpi scaling? Those would be my best guesses)

OK clicking on anything in the drop-down menu you show here does load a device for me on Mac, so I guess this is ruling Mac's out (at least M series ones) and Windows in. Wondering about Intel Macs though?
