S4mk3 crossfader moves itself

So, I bought a S4mk3 a week ago and today I found why channel b and d didn’t have sound! the crossfader was moving itself mostly on the left side ! Can I solve it or just send it back cause the warranty?

    this sounds pretty much like a hardware flaw, so please get in touch with NI Hardware Support h e r e to have this properly checked.

    It moves from bass vibrations?

    You can also disable it if you want. I never use mine.
