X1 MRK 3

i have just bought the X1 mr3 and have put in the serial number, but it only gives me a demo version of traktor, i have the latest version of native access, anybody know why?

First check if product is at the page : https://www.native-instruments.com/en/my-account/my-products-serials-downloads/

Then be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access : https://www.native-instruments.com/en/support/downloads/

Then if nothing helps then contact support depending on the type of problem (registration or download) : https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us

Try loading the demo and after installing, launch NativeAccess again and try to activate the full version with your serial .
