Maschine stuck on Loading screen

in Maschine

When I load a new instrument the Maschine mk3 is stuck on the "Busy...Loading" screen, and becomes unresponsive. In the desktop app the instrument is loaded though, and can be used with my komplete kontrol s49, but the S49 becomes vers slow and laggy.

How can this be fixed?

    Hello,

    can you post some specs of your computer, and how everything is connected, maybe a hub for example. Have you tried without maschine connected, just with the S49. Also check usb cables and connection, if plugs are all sit well.

    I use no hub, Maschine is directly connected to the computer, but I doubt it is a problem with the cables as the maschine connects and is recognised by the computer, the problem only starts when I browse and load an instrument...

    Okay, deleting the Maschine directory in the registry made it work, BUT only for a while....I don't want to delete the registry and reinitialise maschine every time i sit down making music....

    Is there anything else I can do to make this solution permanent and not temporary?

    I think in this case best would be to contact native and tell them what key/folder you deleted, that fixes it temporarily, maybe they can make any sense out of it.
