Physical Kick-Pedal / USB Interface for Maschine

Hi there,

Not very technically savvy with Maschine but I'm trying to find something where I can use my feet on some form of kick pedal similar to an electric drum kit and have it transfer to NI Maschine in realtime via MIDI or whatever. Any suggestions for this? I guess if I can get an electric drum kit bass drum and have it feed into Maschine via USB it should be fairly simple?

Appreciate any input here - ideally I'd have a double bass set-up that feels the same on the feet as playing a real drum kit. How else can you fingerdrum to Avenged Sevenfold haha

Yes, if it sends MIDI it can work, something that you're able to customize wich note is sent would be helpful but not essential.

A MIDI footswitch could also be an option if you don't need the physical realism.
