I've a problem when i would like to start Native Access 2.
I write my id, my password.
My message error IS : "Unable to log"
No response from Native.
Can you help me please,

@Yoz There was an issue that is now fixed, so it should work now. You say "no response from Native" but it seems you did not contact our support, I could not find any recent request from you regarding this issue. Would first try that username and password in a web browser and ensure you can login to your account here:

If you can login there and can see your account, your products etc - then you should be able to login to Native Access.
But check this thread too - there appears to be something odd going on:

I was able to login to my Native Access about an hour ago with no issues.
