XDJ-700 HID mode - no waveform on needle search

I can't post a link to the youtube vid, but its titled "Pioneer XDJ-700: Function overview in Traktor Pro 3". In the vid the XDJ-700 shows an overview waveform on the needle search but when i'm using mine there's no waveform, only the white line and the playhead marker. Have i done something wrong? My XDJ's firmware is up to date and I'm using Win10 with the latest version of Traktor Pro 3.

    Did you try to re-analyse the songs?

    Yeah, didn't make a difference

    UPDATE: It's now showing waveforms some of the time, but doesn't always load the new tracks waveform and will continue to show the previously loads one 🤷‍♂️

    Does anyone know how to configure xdj 700 with traktor so i don't have to use computer anymore
