Can not download Nectar Elements for free

Yesterday (two September) i received an email from iZotope saying Get Nectar Elements for free for a limited time.

Less than twelve hours later, I try to download this software via the add to cart button, but it doesn't work.

Is this an error on the site or is the limited time less than twelve hours?

Tried again later, and then the site worked as it should.

Was able to install the software using the iZotope Product Portal.

Software download it is possible only through Native Access.

Download it from here:

https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/

Then, install it, open it, login with your NI account and all your purchased software will be available to you.

@Sunborn Not all Izotope products are distributed through Native Access, only Ozone 10 Standard for now.

@René must be Unique I was able to add the Nectar Elements to the cart. Once the checkout has been done, you need to install Izotope's portzal to install your software: https://support.izotope.com/hc/en-us/articles/6658125027345-Welcome-to-iZotope-Product-Portal

The software does not appear in NA.

I wish that were true.

No, one has chosen to go for NI, PA and iZotope installation software.

It would indeed be easier for the user if it could all be done through NA.

Maybe that will be realized in the future.

Tried again this afternoon to download the software and this time the site worked properly.

Nothing is downloaded, instead you get an email with a serial number and instructions to download and then install the iZotope Product Portal software.

After installation you have to enter your NI e-mail address and your password used with it.

Then I had to prove with clicking images that I would not be a robot.

After 15 new selections for bike, motorcycle, stairs, traffic lights, crosswalks and more of that nonsense,

the iZotope login found that I am indeed Rene and not a robot, and I finally got to see my available software.

Hooray, after too much effort you can now go and install the software,

Which by the way goes very well.

@René must be Unique Well, yeah, not the smoothest user journey. Izotope products will be available in Native Access at some point in the future.
