Why not? It's standard USB Hub but bullit in DJ Controller. Of course if you want to have better read/write times on your HDD Is always better to connect to direct USB inside your computer. But sometimes all are with some units connected and this is impossible. That's why this USB Hub is very welcome.

USB ports on X1 may be useful to charge your devices or to have low data transfer. Sad that NI did not follow the trend to go with USB-C like the leading DJ hardware company does.

Power brick when you want to use the USB Hub. The device itself works only on USB cable, but to add more devices and have enough power for all of them, brick is required
