is there an EQ ensemble with auto gain function similar to fabfilter Q3 auto gain?

There are plenty of EQ in the User Library, some of them are really great.

No, but you can use Guitar Rig 7 Player as an alternative.

Put the GR inside the in-DAW Fx rack.

Problem solved.
