Native access licensed product can't find

Although Native instruments portal (My products/serial) does show Komplete Ultimate 14 with license "Native access" search results are none. is there anyone else went through such situation ?

so native access has no products? You will not find kk ultimate in native access, you´ll find for example kontakt, massive x and lots of stuff. If you see nothing you can log out and in again within native access to be sure the account is correct. Or you try this: My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access – Native Instruments (native-instruments.com)
