How to start making beats

I have Maschine installed along with the libraries; however, when I try to learn the behavior or the mikro 3 sound board, there is no sound... I installed the Asio4all thing too. I don't know how to start making beats, please help!

EDIT: It is also saying that my computer does not recognize the USB drive when I connect my machine into the computer... It didn't use to do this, but yeah...
