Library does not appear in Native Access (1 & 2)
Hi,
I ordered and installed Spitfire Audio Albion Solstice on my main computer. I want to install it on my laptop. When I log into Native Access on my laptop, I can't find this library in the Installed tab.
(On my main computer, it does appear in my NA account).
I've tried all the solutions suggested here and elsewhere (including enabling Legacy products in the preferences, reencode the serial number, downgrade to NA 1, retried on NA2, etc.).
Note that I've only installed this library on one PC... so I should logically be able to install it on my laptop.
Can anyone help me here?

I am not sure, if this applies to Spitfire, but many libraries one installs using installer provided by developer, not using NA.

Hi,
In fact, I had to go through NA to add the serial and get the product on Kontakt. So I don't understand why the product appears on my NA account on my PC and not on my laptop... even though I'm logged in with the same ID.

@Matt from Belgium If you have installed a library with Native Access on one computer it will not show as installed on a different computer. If the library is installed on an external hard drive, you would need to use the locate function, like would do in this case: Reinstalling a KOMPLETE Bundle Without Re-Downloading KONTAKT Libraries
If the library does not appear at all, there are a couple of issues with Native Access not showing all products:
Products missing in Native Access
Only Kontakt 7 Player / Reaktor 6 Player shows up in Native Access
So you should try the steps there.
