Library does not appear in Native Access (1 & 2)

Hi,

I ordered and installed Spitfire Audio Albion Solstice on my main computer. I want to install it on my laptop. When I log into Native Access on my laptop, I can't find this library in the Installed tab.

(On my main computer, it does appear in my NA account).

I've tried all the solutions suggested here and elsewhere (including enabling Legacy products in the preferences, reencode the serial number, downgrade to NA 1, retried on NA2, etc.).

Note that I've only installed this library on one PC... so I should logically be able to install it on my laptop.

Can anyone help me here?
