Check @Jeremy_NI answer in this thread. There are a couple of known issues lately
Ive got the same problem.
None of the komplete now products are showing, and a bunch of other products are missing too. and the Subscription icon in Native access is missing too... ;(
after turning legacy products on I can see the missing libraries, but all of them are in DEMO mode.
