Native Access 2 lost access to my Komplete 14 ULTIMATE
Hey, my Komplete 14 ULTIMATE has been working great for a year now but yesterday I opened up Kontakt and it opened up in DEMO mode so I went to Native Access 2 and suddenly over 100 of my products are missing.. I checked I'm using the same email as in my NI website and there I can see all my serials for Komplete 12-14 ULTIMATE but for some reason on Native Access I only see 20 products.. If I go to the settings and click "show legacy products" I can see 120 more products but they all are in DEMO MODE.
I took my serial for Komplete 14 and added it to Native Access and it says that registered but nothing happens and everything is still in demo mode.
Anyone having this issue lately?
I'm running M1 Macbook Pro 12.6.2 Monterey OSX.
Super annoying while I'd have to work..

Any idea why this happens? It happened with me mid producing so I didn't install anything new etc?

Well, it's a current bug, I don't know all the specifics but the Native Access team is definitely aware and looking into it, let me know if one of the steps were helpful.
