Maschine+ Standalone 1.4.5.2 . Kontakt instruments are loaded without sound.

how do i fix this ... i looked in the discussions and it looks like a common problem.

any help on fixing this please would be appreciated.

    also left a comment there but ... the thread has been open for a while.

    i know i am on 1.4.5.2  but the problem is the same and easy to recreate.

    No one wrote anything about it anymore. And I don’t have the same issues on my M+. Therefore I don’t know what to tell you.

    Hope they will answer telling you if they solved and how

    Did you contact support and open a ticket?

    IIRC this problem could be caused by your licenses not being correctly recognized on the M+. If this is the case, it can only be fixed by NI support.

    @verydarksun Does it happen with projects created on Maschine Plus or with projects started or worked on the Maschine desktop software?

    just booted mac and it works fine with saving and loading but the Maschine Plus does not work correctly. (see attached )

    i definitely have a licenses for it.

    someone on this forum said 'I found the reason , the kontakt factory selection 1.4.2 library is not registered inside the Maschine + device , or a registration error . Kontakt perceives it as a third-party unencrypted library and allows you to listen for an hour. '

    And i can confirm that if i leave the Maschine Plus on for over an hour the sound stops.

    so it just needs the licenses to be sorted. not a fault with the hardware
