Hi, there's any convolution plugin for maschine plus? where I can load my custom IR
Thanks,
Nick
You can’t install any plugin in M+, only the ones that come with it
Your Only chance is to find something for Reaktor and hope it is made with a version compatible with the one in M+
Check if you find something in the Reaktor user library
https://www.native-instruments.com/en/reaktor-community/reaktor-user-library/all/all/all/all/convolution/latest/1/all/?q=convolution&t=userlib
Even if such a Reaktor ensemble existed, the problem would probably be that there are no GUI elements available on the M+ to load the IR.
Safe to assume it will never happen.
Wouldn’t it be possible to do it like for other Reaktor’s ensemble? Load what you need on desktop and save to then export to M+ (maybe not…)
Interesting idea!
A quick search indicated that Reaktor doesn’t have a built-in FFT/Convolution/IR module. Therefore users have to program the algorithms themselves with existing modules, which will probably lead to high CPU load not suitable for the M+.
Its very odd that NI did not see fit to add Guitar Rig to Maschine +. - that would enable it to have access to a lot of additional fx including IR reverb
Being some fxs quite heavy on resources (real time processing), I suspect they did this choice not to show too much M+ weakness
There's a convolution reverb in machine
