Not been paid my 100 Euro Refund for buying a Maschine in 2022

Is it only me or have NI not paid others the 100 Euro refund for buying a Maschine in 2022? After loads of support tickets and emails NI keep saying they will pay my 100 Euro refund but they never do, they have now stopped answering my tickets on this subject. Has anybody been refunded the 100 Euro for this promotion that was launched in November 2022.

    I have been waiting 9 months now and NI keeps saying sorry for the delay etc but nothing, no refund at all, they used to answer my tickets saying that payment was coming but over the last 3 months I get nothing from them, they don't even register my tickets or emails, so looks like they wont keep to the refund and not pay, sounds like a rip off to me.

    @Mike3rd I've already answered in the cashback post. There were a couple of issues that delayed payments for some customers, you should have got the money and a proper response. I've escalated your case, someone should reach out and we can hopefully find a resolution to this. I'll keep a eye on it and please, don't hesitate to ping me again if needed.

    OK thanks but I have had many emails from NI stating it will be paid and very sorry for the delay but nothing happens. Various customer support reps have said there were problems and its all sorted, they mostly say "It will be paid next week" but nothing happens.
