You can not do such thing on Maschine, as far as i know. You need a DAW and a good sound card to do it (possibly an external mixer too), or some solution with virtual audio ins/outs, such as Voicemeeter.

Maschine has input. What's wrong with it?

Prophet 10 has 3 outputs and Moog Sub37 has 1 output. 3+1=4
Maschine has 2 inputs. Do the math.
He needs to route his synths either through an external mixer, either through a sound card's audio ins (either physical, either virtual). He can not just plug 2 synths on Maschine at the same time, without some extra gear (unless he want to use Prophet 10 as monophonic).
And still applies, a DAW is the best way for the job.

I will just maintain my answer to the OP and suggest him to check the video I linked and not answer anything else. He will “do the math” and discover what his outputs are for

OP stated he has problems sending analog signal into maschine. It's a very vague problem explanation. So I asked what's the problem.
