Kontakt Not Working

Hello, My Kontakt has been broken for 3 months now. I spent a week talking to a dev and did everything he said and Kontkat still won't open on my desktop and fl studio. Just today my Kontakt disappeared from my plugin list once again and manages plugins can't kind it once again after I spent a week getting it fixed. The dev said he would contact me with the product usage team and I haven't received anything yet. Kontakt doesn't open when I open the app. Fl studio cant scan the Kontakt. When I did have Kontakt in Fl studio I would get a critical error message every time. If you guys don't know a solution to these problems could I get a full refund on my purchase because I can't use the product anymore? (Yes I did everything the dev told me to do and it didn't fix anything). The problem started happening at the beginning of May.

Solutions provided by the support team:

• Applications are currently installed to F: Drive. The OP needs to change the Application location in Native Access back to C:\Program Files\Native Instruments\ and reinstall.
• Kontakt 7 is only available as a VST3 plugin. The file path in FL needs to be corrected.
• Make sure to log into Native Access with the correct email address.
