Can't service my controllers, there are no parts

Hello, long time user here.

5 months ago, I took my S2Mk3, X1Mk2 and Z1 to be serviced, as they needed some new faders and some new buttons after years of frequent use.

The service shops (I've asked all around Athens) can't find any parts, the (as the say) former Greek distributor can't find any parts, and I'm still waiting.

I thought about buying new NI gear, because I work 5 days a week, but after the parts shortage, I bought another brand, so in case of a problem I could service it asap.

I'm REALLY frustrated because I've bought almost every Traktor piece of equipment the last 15 years, and now I probably have to spend thousands to change ecosystem.

I'm writing this as the last action before I throw my unserviceable controllers in the bin.

The linear and rotary potentiometers used in Native Instruments devices are standard components and can be sourced from any components retailer. I would advise taking your devices to a small electronics repair shop.
