Stems view options

Is it possible to view a stems track as a regular track with only one waveform? Sometimes I just want to see a single waveform instead of the four if I'm not planning on using the stems functionality. Especially when I'm using DVS in parallel view, it can get a bit much to look at.

Yes. But you will have to map the view toggle to a key or button on one of your controllers or the keyboard.

Preferences➔Controller Manager➔(Select a device in the dropdown menu or 'Add...' a device).

Next add the command to the assignment table:

Add In...➔Track Deck➔DAW View

• (Select a control element)
• Type of Controller: Button
• Interaction Mode: Toggle
• Assignment: Deck A

Do the same for Deck B, C and D.
