If you connect both djms the icon will turn from orange to white. This icons only shows white, if all controllers for of your existing midi mappings are connected. (more info on page 18 in the manual)
If you permanently replace one of your djms, you can delete the corresponding device mapping and the icon will turn white. But if you like to switch gear, don't mind that icon. 😉
I have a set of different controller mappings for different controllers, and only when I connect every piece of gear the icons turns white.

Please connect your DJM850 only to see which mapping is active for the mixer.
OR connect all other gear you use to see which mapping is not active to identify the DJM 850 mapping.
And post a new screenshot of controller manager like the second one with all devices shown. If you already connected all gear you use and the second picture shows all devices then I assume the one with "N/A" in it will be the DJM850 mapping. Select that mapping and click "edit". Now, you can delete that device. (before deleting export that mapping as a backup!)
You can also edit the devices names, so searching for devices will not be that confusing anymore. ;)
