No Master Output??

Using Traktor pro 3.8 with a Kontrol S4 mk3.

Audio Setup: Audio Device: Traktor Kontrol S4 MK3 (Code Audio)

Output Routing: Output Master: Main/Booth L/R

Output Routing: Output Monitor: Headphone L/R

Playing a track using the Kontrol S4), all Traktor Pro knobs in midway position.

I can see that the channel meter is lit up, as is the audio recorder meter, but the master output level meter is not.

On the Kontrol S4, knobs in midway position. The channel meter is lit up, but the master output level meter is not.

Monitor output is working via headphones plugged into Kontrol, but I'm getting no main output (confirmed with multiple configs).

What's going on??

I hope this is a dumb mistake. Please help!!
