APOLLO GUITARS 2 does not show up in Native Access after regestering serial #

I am concerned Native Access has a bug. This is the second product in a week that is not showing up as available in my account. I received a rewgistration code, entered it in the NA add serial panel and nothing shows after restart of NA and system.

Also: I was able to VPN into my facility account and see that the product DOES appear on that system, so this is definitely a bug with this version of NA.

Anyone experience this issue?
