TRAKTOR PRO PLUS 3.9 not working with Beatport Link

I upgrade my IOS and Traktor but beatport link not working.
IOS:Ventura 13.4
TRAKTOR: 3.9.0

You should probably blur out your serial number?
Most the time when I get that message. My Link account has somehow been signed out of.
The other times my connection has had a problem.
There has been a few times that Beatport has been offline, but very rare.
If you have the mobile app, you cant use it while using Traktor, so make sure you are signed out or at least not streaming the Beatport mobile.
