When is support coming for the m2 chip

Im an idiot. I just got home with the MK3 Maschine and non of the products install. It just reads"installation failed" . SO now you know. Should I return the Maschine or is a solution coming very soon?

NI products already support the M series chips (doesn't matter if they are M1 or 2 they all have the same architecture)

If something went wrong during install you need to contact support and provide them with the information they need to figure out what went wrong, could be a number of things but asking if you need to return it after just getting it seems just a premature

Are you on Windows or on Mac? Which products exactly are you trying to install? Do you have Native Access installed first?

Any other info you can provide it may be useful too. Thank you.

Note: One common solution that many users forget, is to run Native Access as administrator. Did you tried that?

Many people are having this problem lately. It’s not about your computer. More likely some hiccups in their program Native Access or their server

I am running Maschine and Kontakt on M2 Mac mini without an issue for quite some time now. I did have some issues installing something to an external drive for whatever reason but for now I install the extensions and stuff to the internal drive and then move it to the external one afterwards.
