Traktor 3.9 does not launch, 3.8 is working perfect

Hi,

Traktor 3.9 does not launch, 3.8 is working perfect. (Win10)

Same problem as with Kontakt 7, 6.8 is launching perfect.

You see the exe a few seconds in the taskmanager and than dissapears.

Please fix.
