Maschine mikro MKIII won't start with cubase

Hi all

I use maschine mikro MK3 as a midi remote on my cubase. Every-time when I start Cubase maschine wont lite up/start. Once I start maschine software only it comes to life and shown in cubase

Is this the normal or is there any other way to start up maschine unit without running the software.

It is normal for this to happen as The Mikro is in a dormant state until the Maschine plugin is loaded “OR” you manually put it into Midi mode (press shift and hit the project button at the top left)
