Cant get sound from safari to play (i.e. Spotify and internet radio) thru the sound card ?

Just go my new mac air and have got everything working fine, but just cant get

the sound from my safari to play (i.e. Spotify and internet radio) thru the sound card ?

Same with Apple music.

Can play DVS and vinyl direct thru but just cant get the routing right for the other stuff ??

Must just be a setting but a cand find it ?

On the old mac air would just hit direct thru and it would work. 

Its one of the main ways we listen to music so keen as to sort this.

yikes sorry typo the audio from the mac i coming out of the main output !

The fix is to run main output of the A6 into a separate channel on the mixer.

...anyway... it should be really easy, so probably you didn't check all the audio settings and you missed something simple (maybe your line-in is muted etc.)

However if you can not find solution to route it directly you should try an application such as Voicemeeter or ASIO Link Pro or similar.

Please be patient and calm with yourself and check your soundcard carefully. There must be a manual. Do you read it?

Thanks Paule, it feels like its the pc not the card or software, not much to adjust on mac ?

Will go to the Apple store tomorrow. Will report back.

UP DATE ! FIXED

ok so the audio from the mac is actually coming out of the D output !

Not sure if you can change that ?

This had get me before on these newer macs with lighting connections.

The fix is to run channel D of the A6 into a separate channel on the mixer.
