Kontakt 7 Does Not appear in my Native Access and i cannot activate it

I purchased Kontakt 7, downloaded and installed it manually trough the support team but when i open the standlalone and try to activate it, Native Access is opening and Kontakt 7 is not visible to activate.

I have Windows 10 and i really don't understand how can i activate my Kontakt 7!

    You mean they provided the installer to you therefore you haven’t installed it through NA?

    In this case probably you don’t see it in NA cause it’s never been registered.

    Try to insert its serial number in NA. You can find it in NI site, under your account and My products and serials

    Do you use NA2 or NA1? If last, please update Native Access to version 2.

    You don't wrote what version in your usage.

    Yeah, you're right. NA2, latest version.
