Missing Sample

Hi all,

Yesterday I've changed my external HD where all my personal kits was, because it was damaged.

Since, when I open an old Logic Pro project, Battery didn't find the samples (that's ok)

But it didn't ask me to find the new path neither open the Missing Sample dialog.

The name of the samples in cells are grey tint but no way to show the new path and it's just unimaginable to do it manually for all samples of all my projects.

I named my new HD the same name that the older one.

Battery is up to date

Have you tried opening Battery standalone to make it rebuild your personal kits?

Btw: renaming an hard disk could in any case leave it with a different identifying letter (E:, G:,…)

Yes but when I click on rescan nothings happen.

why don’t I have the “missing sample” dialog?

Yes…definitely NI feels like they can do what they want…

The problem is a bit different cause I don't even have the missing sample dialog.

Hey @Koz Unfortunately, this is also linked to the bug mentioned in this thread. The fix is not out yet and I don't have a date for it's release. Will ping the responsible team again. Really sorry for this.
