Traktor sounds slow

Hi anyone else having the problem with songs sounding very slow and a bit distorted in traktor pro 3, i am using a kontrol s4 mk3 controller

Hi I have Windows 10 and my audio settings are - Sample rate - 44100 Hz, Buffer size - 512

ASIO or wasapi?

If not yet done so, try the ASIO driver.

it's the ASIO I use, i really don't understand why the songs are sounding like they are playing in slow motion when i have all the correct audio setting set, It's like the tempo has reduced it by 50%

Both decks are at 100% speed and key is +-0?

I have to speed a song up about 3-4% for it to sound at normal speed

So in the UI the % value has to be at 4% in order to sound good?

I'm just asking because the s4 mk3 faders can be in relative mode, where when they are centered on the hardware it does not mean it's set to 100% speed.

Can you make a video?

Yeah for example in the photo you have sent i would have to set it to 134 bpm for it to sound at a normal speed, Should i change it to Absolute mode? Yeah i will do a video and show you the problem

No, just wanted to make sure we are actually running at a higher speed.

It don't matter i don't think there is any fix for it anyways, traktor is just getting worse

Do you have any DAW running along side Traktor? Or other MIDi capable apps?

Are you using Asio4all or are you using the specific Asio drivers for the S4mk3?

Many people mistake Asio4all and are still just using windows drivers. Get the S4mk3 Asio driver in your Traktor folder.

• C:\ > Programs > Native Instruments > Traktor Pro 3 > Drivers
