I need a licence for my second hand product

Bought a Maschine MK3 from a legit store. But this one has been registered before. What can I do?

As per this help article, contact NI's Support Team by filing a ticket:

Provide the following (if possible):

• a photo of the 25-digit serial number on the original serial card
• a photo of the hardware serial number on the bottom of the device
• a photo / scan of the original receipt

I have done so. But i could’t submit a picture of the serial number and so forth. How will they get back in touch und with me?
