Bought a Maschine MK3 from a legit store. But this one has been registered before. What can I do?

As per this help article, contact NI's Support Team by filing a ticket:
Provide the following (if possible):
- a photo of the 25-digit serial number on the original serial card
- a photo of the hardware serial number on the bottom of the device
- a photo / scan of the original receipt

I have done so. But i could’t submit a picture of the serial number and so forth. How will they get back in touch und with me?

Someone will reply to that ticket and may ask for such proof of purchase.
