Traktor S4 MK3 Line/Phone Not supported

Hi

When I go into my preferences on audio setup it’s stated phono/line not supported, then onto input reading inputs are all saying disabled, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ext input is correct setup from S4, Live input decks also.

What OS are you using?

If windows, what driver/device are you using? s4 ASIO?

I recently replaced my laptop. Did a fresh install of 3.8 on Windows 11 and everything was perfect...Or so I thought. I couldn't record on the line inputs anymore. Since the line inputs worked fine without the laptop, I figured it's not hardware related.

After scratching my head for a bit, I installed the older ASIO driver for my S4 Mk3

Bang on. That fixed it for me

You didn't answer the question about which driver. Take a screenshot of the entire Audio Setup page in settings

Having the same issue within settings. My turntable (Audio-Technica AT-LP140XP) input is very quite , have to max the gain to get and decent level of sound

When I try and roll back the driver, the screens on the S4 controller stop working.

You have a different OS with a different problem :S So not the same issue.

Would be best if you open a new thread of your problem. Also check if the "phono" light on the s4 lights up.

It's normal to say "not supported" on the phono/line input page in audio setup. That is only for hardware where you can switch between phono and line via Softare.

Can you take a screenshot of your "input routing" page?
