Hello, I bought a used Maschine MK3 controller yesterday. My seller assured me that he had applied for the licence transfer but he still hasn't received anything. Is this normal?

Yeah can take some time for NI to action things, may take up to a week, just the thing buying second hand.
allow up to a week but submit a ticket in the meantime.
