Traktor s4 mk3 sound cuts off

I have a Traktor S4 Mk3

latest firmware,using a MacBook pro

16 inch, i7 with latest os Ventura and Traktor pro version 3.8 lisenced fully.

The issue is that after a few minutes of playing music the sound cuts off.

All buttons,jogs faders are working but no sound no where.

I used a few laptops both Mac and windows,same issue.

I have changed power supply,same issue

I have disabled blue tooth and wifii,same thing.

I changed usb cables,same issue

I unplug usb cable and sound comes back.

I also power off and on and sound comes back for a few minutes.

I tried everything to no avail

can someone help me?

    Hello.

    I have exactly the same problems on my new S4 mk3.

    I tried to reinstall traktor, instal new driver, update firmware, change USB cable and the sound still stop after few minutes I don't know why ...


    I had S2 mk3 and never had any problems before.

    Can you help me ?

    I don't have a solution

    my controller is brand new and no one is able to help me solve the issue.

    NI support didn't take it for repair or exchange?

    I have exactly the same problem, impossible to play longer than 5min without sound cutting off then this S4 controller is completely useless.

    It is also brand new for me so I hope NI will do something.

    Hello.

    I received today the S4 after repair. It still have exact the same problem. Very slow, 2-3s to change effect when I push 1/2/3/4/filter button. random cut of sound after a few minutes. Sometime deck A or deck B stop without any reason...

    I'm absolutely sure it comes from hardware of S4 controller. A friend borrow me his S4 mk3 during 3weeks and I had no problem, it was perfectly working and it was pure pleasure. When I start to play on my S4 after "reparing" it was directly full of bug after few minutes ...

    So I still can't use my S4 mk3 controller I bought brand new...

    send it back

    they are aware of the sound bug and they will send u another unit

    u need to push then to get it done
