Possible Bug in Native Access 2 with Some 3rd Party Vendors?

Hi. I've currently got both NA1 and NA2 installed on an M1 computer. I was intending to use NA2 exclusively and delete NA1.

However, on at least two occasions (possibly three, but to be honest I can't quite remember) I've purchased products from 3rd party vendors, entered the serial into NA2, and it has told me the product has registered successfully but the download never appears. When I check NA1 the download is available.

I know two of the purchases were from the same vendor (Realitone), so I'm unsure whether this is a specific issue with some vendors, or a more general bug. I don't need a solution per se as I can use NA1 for now, but I thought I'd post just to let someone at NI know.

    They know from long time. They even have the same problem with their own products.

    Which doesn’t seem to mean they feel any kind of pressure to fix this

    Thanks @LostInFoundation, so I guess sticking with NA1 is the way forward for the foreseeable future.
