Crossgrade not available despite eligibility

Hi everyone, till about a few days back I was eligible for a crossgrade for Komplete 14 ultimate on the basis of certain purchases I had made. However, now the option is not available and only shows the price for the full amount. The NI team hasn’t responded to the service ticket and reminder emails I’ve sent. Can anybody please help me? Is the crossgrade feature a limited time thing only?

    Hi @archit sorry that you haven't received a reply from our support team yet. I escalated a ticket for you and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

    In the ticket, you mentioned Damage 2. TBH I don't remember Damage 2 being a base product for K14. And we didn't have a crossgrade campaign last month either. 🤔
