Can't transfer licence as the new user doesn't have base product

When trying to transfer my licence to sell my Maschine, I only had the option to transfer the Hardware licence and the Komplete 11 Upgrade licence.


When the person purchasing it off me tried to register it would not let them, saying that "Your upgrade/update could not be activated because your User Account does not have the appropriate base product"


Is there a way to transfer the full version of complete over to them. It shouldn't be just the upgrade.

    The problem probably is, that buyer received Komplete 14 Selection (instead of K11S or older, that you had...).... And K14S cannot be base product for K11 Upgrade from KSelect....

    You could try to ask NI to transfer buyer also K11S (or older) that stayed on your account. NI did something simmilar for me some time ago...
